Graduating May 2026 from the University of North Florida. I build enterprise systems in Java, C, and COBOL while serving as UNF Student Body Treasurer, managing a $6.1M budget, allocating next year's budget, and serving as strategic planner.
I'm a Computer Science student at the University of North Florida graduating Spring 2026, with a minor in Leadership. This fall, I'll be pursuing my Master's in Analytics at Georgia Tech - Online, Computational Tools pathway.
I work in enterprise environments and backend development, currently serving as UNF Student Body Treasurer and strategic planner, managing a $6.1M budget. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
Developed and delivered a full feature demo for the IPS Gate system at KLS Martin Group, highlighting enhanced UX improvements and streamlined workflows designed to boost operational efficiency for medical device teams.
Modified and ran an introductory COBOL program on an IBM mainframe through a 3270 terminal session. Updated the WHOAMI program to replace the default output with labeled personal information, then compiled it with JCL and executed it through TSO and SDSF, building hands-on experience with ISPF editing, interactive mainframe workflows, and batch output review.
Duplicated existing WHOAMI COBOL and JCL members into a new PROJ2 workflow on an IBM mainframe, then modified the COBOL program and JCL to produce labeled personal output, update job parameters, compile in batch, and run both batch and interactive executions through TSO. Strengthened hands-on experience with 3270 navigation, ISPF member management, COBOL data and procedure divisions, and JCL job configuration.
Built an enterprise-grade program in COBOL that evaluates annuity value from user-supplied parameters. Demonstrates proficiency in legacy financial systems and mainframe programming with JCL job control.
Developed a program to amortize from an input record and have the output controlled by JCL, demonstrating practical mainframe programming with Enterprise COBOL and job control language.
Created JCL to merge two public partitioned datasets into a new dynamically named PDS on an IBM mainframe. Used JCL utilities to build a fresh destination dataset on each run based on the current date and time, then verified the JES output, resulting PDS, and merged members through mainframe tools and screenshots.
Implemented pass 1 of a SIC assembler in C to analyze SIC assembly source code and generate a symbol table. Designed the program to process an input assembly file, calculate symbol addresses, detect pass-one errors such as invalid source conditions, and stop with clear assembly error reporting when needed, building the foundation for object code generation in a later second pass.
Built pass 2 of a SIC assembler in C to read the intermediate file and symbol table from pass 1, resolve addresses, generate object code, and write a valid object program. Added pass-two error checking and prevented object file output when assembly errors were found.
I'm actively seeking full-time opportunities in data analytics.
